This bright and airy Villa overlooking the Guadalmina River is has large windows and extensive dining & sun terraces. From here you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Las Angosturas – Benahavis’s narrow canyon and rock escarpment, which is now a Monument of Natural Interest.
The terraces on both floors run around two sides of the property, offering the possibility of sun or shade throughout the day and 270° views of the beautiful hillsides. The majority of the garden area is to the rear of the property which is south facing and is split on three levels, with a private swimming pool and numerous fruit trees. swings etc….. There is a wonderful park 100yds from the Villa, with a play area for children.
On the ground floor is the large luxury kitchen including a dishwasher and central island with seating, double doors open out onto the seating & dining terrace. The lounge and dining area also opens out onto the terraces with views of the mountains, garden and private pool. There is "The Snug" a king size bedroom with sofa, toilet & shower room. There is a separate Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor is the main sleeping accommodation with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bathrooms have under floor heating and two are fitted with elegant free standing baths. Sleeping configurations are 3 king size bedrooms and 3 twin rooms, with Egyptian cotton bedding and towels. There is a weekly change of bed linen and towels (hand, bath and beach towels).
The house is tiled throughout, with wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms. Unlike many Spanish villas, Villa Paraiso is equally equipped for winter rentals with its gas central heating.
Access – There is level access from the street to the front door, 1 step into the house with the kitchen, lounge, dinning area, “The Snug” bedroom with private wc & shower and a small step out to the terraces.
An information pack is available in the Villa, with all the details you will need to make the most of your stay, including details of the many wonderful restaurants and bars in the village, Marbella & Puerto Banus. Complimentary welcome pack on arrival, with breakfast items and others basics ie water and our infamous “Maxi Bar”, which is stocked with many items (at supermarket prices) so you can relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive!
